Request final settlement figures from your lender Organise final accounts and prepare completion statement
Approve Deeds of Transfer (legal change of ownerwhip document) and send to you for sigature.

Pay off any outstanding mortgage
Request or pass balance for funds to you
Pay Estate Agent
Re-assign life assurance policies if applicable
